Shipping & Delivery

1. Scope

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to sarees and other products ordered through threadivo.com, operated by VIDYA COMMERCE. Delivery availability is subject to serviceability at the destination PIN code.

2. Shipping Charges

We offer free standard shipping for eligible orders delivered within India. Any exceptional delivery charge, if applicable to a particular destination or service, will be shown before checkout and will not be added without notice.

3. Order Processing and Dispatch

We aim to dispatch confirmed orders within 24 working hours. Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays or outside operating hours may be processed on the next working day. Dispatch may take longer during sales, high demand, stock verification, or unforeseen operational disruptions.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery after dispatch is approximately 3–13 business days, depending on the destination and courier serviceability. These are estimates rather than guaranteed deadlines. Remote locations, severe weather, transport disruptions and public holidays can extend delivery times.

5. Order Confirmation and Tracking

Order information is sent using the contact details provided at checkout. Where courier tracking is available, the tracking reference or link will be shared after dispatch. Please keep your phone number and address accurate.

6. Address and Delivery Attempts

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, deliverable address and reachable mobile number. Courier partners may attempt delivery according to their own procedures. Additional time or charges arising from an incorrect address, refused delivery or repeated failed attempts may be communicated before any further shipment.

7. Delays, Lost Parcels and Damaged Deliveries

If your shipment is delayed, appears lost, arrives visibly damaged, or contains the wrong product, contact info@threadivo.com with your order number and relevant photographs where possible. We will review the issue with the courier and communicate the available resolution in accordance with applicable law and our return policy.
